Today's Worst Image

The only use I could see for an illustration like this would be in some authoritarian state where the regime wants to make it clear that they're watching and listening. Unfortunately for this designer, propaganda has developed way beyond the point where anyone would be impressed (or repressed) by this. Frankly, I doubt this would have worked out as propaganda at any place at any time.
